Online Backup Pricing

Pricing is based on the amount of compressed data stored at our data centres.

Pricing Example
If you have 4GB's of files in your backup consisting mostly of Word and Excel files, the backup process would typically compress your files to approximately 1GB, therefore the 1GB plan would be the most suitable.

We provide guaranteed data recovery for our customers backed up by our comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA). If we do not meet our commitments, you don't pay.

Notes:

1. The Storage Plan selected for each Backup Client includes one computer / device (eg NAS). Additional computers/devices can be included in the Backup Client's backup set @ £3.50pm per device.

2. The Storage Plan column indicates the amount of storage space in Gigabytes (1024MB equals 1GB) available to you.

3. If your storage space exceeds your selected Storage Plan, the Backup Client can optionally be upgraded automatically to the next Storage Plan.

4. Compression varies from file to file and can vary between 0% and 99%. Eg a 1MB file compressed by 75% will use 0.25MB of space. Multimedia files eg pictures, movies, music and zip files will not normally compress.

5. All billing is in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). Figures shown for other currencies will vary from time to time dependant on the current exchange rate.
